Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF) guidelines
The suite of guidelines for the management of Queensland government buildings which comprise the SAM Framework is organised under the following categories:

- Asset Planning for Buildings -
outlines the process for developing management strategies that will contribute to the best utilisation of assets in the delivery of services to the community in line with strategic plans and operational plans.
