The Department of Public Works is committed to keeping the building industry up to date with the latest information about current and future capital works building projects and relevant programs. This is achieved through the regular updating of the Online Project Search facility.
The Online Project Search facility can be accessed by anyone and provides:
Primarily, this information is provided via the regularly updated Online Project Search and the annual release of the Industry Guide. In addition to this, the Department of Public Works assists in the compilation of the National Capital Works Building & Construction Programs - Snapshot published by the Australian Procurement and Construction Council.
Consultants and Contractors will need to be appropriately registered on the whole-of-Government Prequalification (PQC) System to be eligible for invitation or selection on government building projects.
