News briefs and fact sheets provide information on current or emergent issues for building industry contractors and consultants relating to the planning, procurement, management-in-use and disposal of government buildings. As they are often used to raise awareness of new initiatives relating to policy or legislation, news briefs and fact sheets are generally removed from this website after the new initiatives have become accepted practice.
