Government Employee Housing Management Framework (GEHMF) Guidelines

The GEHMF Guidelines complement the policy document by giving a more detailed explanation of the management of Government employee housing, particularly in terms of best practice procedures.

The GEHMF Guidelines are being developed by the Accommodation Office, will be progressively released and can be accessed on this website. The Government Employee Housing website maintained by the Accommodation Office also contains relevant information to support the implementation of the Government Employee Housing Management Framework.
